Recipe card at bottom of post

This all purpose marinade is adapted from Nom Nom Paleo’s Whole 30 Chili Lime Chicken Wings. When I first made it, I used drumsticks for this recipe. They turned out amazing, and once I had this marinade I knew it would be good on just about anything! My most favorite so far has been my grilled pork chops. Heres the method:

Ingredients:

½ medium onion, roughly chopped

2 jalapeno peppers (or 1 serrano pepper), ribs and seeds removed

3 garlic cloves, peeled

½ cup cilantro, tightly packed

Freshly ground pepper

¼ cup lime juice

1 tablespoons Paleo-friendly fish sauce

3 tablespoons coconut aminos (I used soy sauce instead, because I am paleo-ish)

You literally throw it all in the blender until smooth. Delish. Use it as a marinade or dressing.
